NARSVPD Draft Bylaws

The NARSVPD bylaws have been amended, per the requests and suggestions of the NARSVPD membership.  The NARSVPD Board has voted to accept these amendments.  NARSPVD’s membership must vote to ratify the amended bylaws at the annual meeting in Seattle on June 17, 2006.  Please review the bylaws at your convenience and provide input to your Delegate.
